BCT 2771 - Estimating II

An advanced overview of estimating. Topics in this course provide an in-depth analysis and determination of costs and the classification of materials, labor, equipment and subcontracted work. Students will be responsible for the development of a detailed estimate of a three-story building. Lab fee required.

Prerequisites: BCT 2770, BCT 2730, MAC 1105 with grades of "C" or higher.
