This course is an advanced course in project scheduling methods and cost control tracking including Gantt charts, logic diagrams, critical path method, calendar day scheduling and project expediting. Students will schedule a three-story commercial facility. All scheduling logic, manpower assessment and cost control information will be input into the CPM scheduling program (Primavera software). A wide variety of reports will be produced and presented in a formal client presentation. Lab fee required.

Prerequisites: BCN 2721, BCN 2272, BCT 2770 and BCT 2730 with grades of "C" or higher.
