Michael J. Taylor, Adjunct Professor![]() Michael J. Taylor is an accomplished consultant with more than 18 years experience as an advisor, mentor and teacher in corporate-level strategic planning, Big 5 management consulting, customer analytics, CRM and business intelligence (BI). He has extensive experience directly involved in corporate-level strategic planning, channel management, solution selling, new business development and market entry strategies. Taylor was the solution architect in developing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analytical framework and the technology architecture for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. His corporate experience strikes a balance between leading marketing and sales organizations, projects and campaigns as a senior manager with world-class enterprises – and – designing and steering the execution of high-level marketing and sales strategies as a consultant to corporations representing diverse industries. He is the founder of Transcendent Marketing (A CRM strategy and marketing consultancy committed to helping clients rapidly improve business performance). Taylor earned a bachelor's and master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business specializing in finance, marketing and business policy. Taylor lives in Sanford with wife CherylAnn Mattei, and their three sons, Michael Keevin, Marcus Keenan and Marseille Keele. He is an active member of his church and enjoys playing golf and traveling. Michael also coaches youth football, soccer, basketball and track and field. |
