James Nedved, Adjunct Professor

James Nedved

James Nedved is an adjunct professor for the Business and Legal Studies Department. He has worked in mortgage banking since 1995, moving from North Carolina to the Orlando area in 2000.

Throughout his career, Nedved worked for Centex, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, JPMorgan Chase and American Momentum Bank. As a top producing sales manager, he was recognized for loan production and invited to be a part of a sales leadership council.

Nedved's career priorities include assisting people with their mortgage goals across the mortgage lending spectrum, as well as educating families on effective personal budgeting.

Professor Nedved earned his bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Simpson College in Iowa and his MBA from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, he and his wife Katherine have three children and are active in their church in Winter Springs.
