Leslie B. Bonner, Adjunct Professor

Leslie B. Bonner is the principal owner of LLB Consulting, a company that provides practical research-based business solutions that enable successful organizational growth and development.

Bonner has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in wireless and landline communication services. She retired from BellSouth Corporation as the assistant vice president of sales for the State of Florida in 2001, where she worked in public relations and as a media spokesperson in Palm Beach County, leading: 

• Customer service departments with more than 500 employees.
• Sales divisions for the State of Florida.

Bonner earned a bachelor's degree in organizational behavior from Rollins College and a Master of Science degree in human resource development and administration from Barry University. She is pursuing her doctorate in leadership and education, with a specialization in human resources at Barry University.

Today, Bonner is on the Board of Envision Seminole, the chair of the Executive Council of Leadership Seminole and is an active member of the Character Council. She is a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County, Leadership Orlando and Leadership Seminole.
