Outside Organizations Facilities Request

Seminole State College may authorize the use of College buildings, facilities and services by outside groups, organizations or agencies. A rental or usage fee may be assessed.

The use of buildings and facilities must be: 

• Pursuant to law and College policy.
• For a purpose consistent with the mission of the College.
• With express permission from the Auxiliary Services Department.
• Made in writing on the appropriate form.

In addition, the use of buildings or facilities must not conflict or interfere with regular College programs. Long term, regularly scheduled use of facilities is discouraged because of the unpredictability of College needs for such facilities.
