A.S. Degree: Automotive Service Management Technology Certified Professional Track The Certified Professional Track is an articulated Associate in Science (A.S.) degree program that is designed to award college credit to automotive technicians who have earned ASE certifications and have accumulated four or more years of documented work experience. Thirty-eight of the 68 total credit hours are earned through this articulation. The remaining credits are taken at Seminole State to complete the A.S. degree in Automotive Service Management Technology.
Program FeaturesThe CPT Program: - Awards college credit to ASE-certified technicians who have accumulated four or more years of work experience
- Awards an Associate in Science degree after the completion of 68 credit hours.
Admission Requirements To enroll in Seminole State's Automotive Service Management Certified Professional Track A.S. degree program, students must: - Apply and be accepted to Seminole State
- Complete a College Placement Test
- Provide official transcripts showing receipt of a standard high school diploma or its equivalent
- Submit the completed and signed Automotive Certified Professional Program Application Form
- Schedule an interview with the program coordinator or delegated interviewer
