Strength Training

Strength Training CenterSeminole State's Strength Training Center (STC) gives the College's athletes a competitive edge, helping them develop and maintain speed, agility and strength training. The STC is also used to rehabilitate injured athletes.

With the use of various cantilever, dumbbell and barbell weight systems, full body strength and power are easily achieved. The STC also offers elliptical, treadmill, recumbent and upright exercise equipment for enhanced overall cardiovascular fitness.

The STC was designed with the Seminole State athlete in mind. However, Seminole State's faculty, staff and students are also invited and encouraged to capture the benefits of strength and cardiovascular training during posted open-access hours.

Strength Training Center policies and procedures must be followed at all times.

Proof of membership is required for entry.

Seminole State's Athletics Department and its staff reserve the right to close or restrict access to the Strength Training Center at any time without prior written, announced or otherwise advertised notice.
