Head Coach Chris Hayes brings tremendous passion and work ethic to Seminole State. A former assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Jacksonville University, he is committed to keeping Seminole State at the top of Florida baseball and helping players move to the next level. Hayes is only the fourth coach in Raider history, succeeding Mike Nicholson, who was promoted to assistant director of athletics in 2008. Raider home games are played at Jack Pantelias Field on the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus. Seminole State is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I and the Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) Mid-Florida Conference (MFC). Scholarships for student-athletes, including tuition, books and — in some cases — housing, are available.
