Productions Opportunities

The greatest advantage of Seminole State's Theatre Program is the opportunity for immediate student involvement both onstage and backstage. From set construction to sound design, we stress active participation from our tech students and those interested in performance.

The growing design/technical area of our program allows students to experience behind-the-scenes responsibilities and equipment, including a new Colortran Innovator lighting control system and a Mackie 16- channel effects mixer with state-of-the-art powered speakers.

During the 2009-2010 season, you will have the opportunity to participate in:

• Four major student productions
• One dance concert
• A guest artist production

All Seminole State students are eligible to audition for the four student productions.
