Mission and Vision

Mission: Seminole State's Altamonte Springs Campus will expand and extend the College's overall mission into western Seminole County and the surrounding Central Florida region. The high-tech, learning-centered campus provides quality, community-responsive educational programs in healthcare, liberal arts and adult education, advancing community and economic development throughout Central Florida.

Vision: The Altamonte Springs Campus will provide student-centered, community-focused and industry-responsive education and training through innovative delivery of distinctive, quality programs and courses of study.

Did you know?

Seminole Junior College was founded on July 1, 1965. The name was changed to Seminole State College of Florida on September 21, 2009.
