Seminole State's four-story Altamonte Springs Campus is the first phase in a major expansion to serve residents in southwestern Seminole County, an area that includes nearly a quarter of a million people.

This 100,481-square-foot campus has high-tech health labs, technology-enhanced classrooms with Wi-Fi connectivity, and a fully equipped library.

Seminole State Altamonte CampusThe $33 million campus can accommodate up to 5,000 students, offering comprehensive curricula that include the courses students need to earn an A.A. or A.S. degree. 

The facility also includes:
  • The Ann Wiggins Moore Center for Nursing & Healthcare Professions: All of Seminole State's renowned healthcare programs are concentrated in this facility and utilize innovations and simulations to enhance and expand students' learning experience.
  • State-of-the-art classrooms and labs: Today's learning spaces require cutting-edge computer technologies to enhance student learning and student success. The campus' specialized classrooms are equipped with multimedia and audio-visual systems, as well as video-conferencing capabilities.
  • Wireless access: All Altamonte Springs Campus classrooms feature wireless network access.
  • Information commons: The Altamonte Springs Campus offers an open, active, multistory space where students can gather.
  • Prime location: Conveniently located adjacent to the highly visible and easily accessible Maitland Boulevard/434 interchange, Seminole State's Altamonte Springs Campus will offer a rewarding college experience to Central Florida's growing population for decades to come.
  • Unique interior design: The building uses wayfinding, which helps guide visitors and students. Each floor has a unique color palette.  The first and third floors are designed with a cool color palette, while the second and fourth floors feature warm colors. Kiosks are placed on each floor with three computers and a printer, providing student access points for retrieving class schedules and other information.
