About the AFC

The Association of Florida Colleges (AFC), formerly the Florida Association of Community Colleges (FACC), is the most unique organization serving any state or two-year college system in the nation. AFC is the only organization that represents all 28 institutions of the Florida College System as well as their employees, boards, retirees and associates.

The AFC's mission is to actively promote, democratically represent, support and serve the individual members and institutions in their endeavors to provide their students and the citizens of Florida with the best possible comprehensive two-year college educational system.
