Seminole State College's English Language Institute is an intensive language program for international students whose native language is not English. The non-credit program focuses on improving English skills and preparing students to continue their education at the college level. Seminole State is located in Central Florida near Orlando.
Some levels of English Language Institute study with English for Academic Purposes (EAP) students. In addition, they study selected topics that vary from term to term, such as American language and culture and vocabulary. At least three hours are spent in language lab each week.
The English Language Institute costs $2,800 U.S. dollars per level (for one complete 15-week term). Payment for the complete term is required in full at the time of registration. Price is subject to change.
