President's Message

At Seminole State College, our commitment to offering extraordinary learning opportunities for our students has resulted in record growth and unprecedented student success throughout our institution.

• Seminole State serves more than 32,000 students from Central Florida and more than 90 countries from around the world.
• Over the past decade, Seminole State has grown to become one of the largest state colleges in Florida.
• More than one out of three graduates from Seminole County's public high schools enroll at Seminole State.

Seminole State has expanded with the recent opening of the Center for Economic Development in Heathrow and the Altamonte Springs Campus. Additionally, UCF now offers 20 baccalaureate degrees at the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus, with the likelihood of even more UCF-Seminole State partnerships in the future.

Our mission at Seminole State is also enhanced by our growing diversity, mirroring Seminole County's increasingly diverse heritages and perspectives.
