The College hereby gives notice of the intended amendment of the following policy:

Policy No.: 2.020
Policy Title: Employment Criteria Policy
Purpose and Effect: To establish criteria for employment of all College faculty and staff
Legal Authority: ss. 1001.64;Florida Statutes, FAC 6-A-14.060

A Notice of Policy Development appeared on October 25, 2009, in the Sanford Herald. A public hearing on the proposed Policy may be requested in writing, specifying how the person requesting the public hearing would be affected by the proposed policy, within 21 days of this notice, submitted to:
