“Great Colleges” Survey
Because Seminole State is participating in the 2013 “Great Colleges to Work For” program, undertaken each year by theChronicle of Higher Education newspaper, an invitation to participate in this survey was emailed on March 16 to a random selection of our employees. This email’s subject line was “The Chronicle's Great Colleges to Work For 2013 Faculty/Staff Survey,” and it was from the third-party administrator Modern Think. If you received this invitation and have already completed the survey, thank you! If you received an email invitation and have not yet completed the survey, please take a moment to share your feedback. This is a confidential survey administered and processed by the third-party research firm that sent you the email. Seminole State will not be given any information that would enable us to trace survey data back to any one individual. The survey results will be factored into an overall scoring process that will ultimately determine which institutions are recognized. After the Chronicle publishes the findings in July, Seminole State will receive a report that summarizes the responses to the survey questions. Thank you for your participation.
April Budget Forums
Later this month, Executive Vice President Joe Sarnovsky will be hosting a series of Budget Development Forums on each campus to discuss the development of the 2013-2014 Operating Budget for the College. Each session will include a presentation followed by a question/answer period. All employees are invited to attend one of the following sessions:
