With the donation of new items, The College Archives is able to document Seminole State’s history and its impact on the on the community it services.
Materials should be identified by event, person and any anecdotal information that will help Archives staff describe the items. Donate or loan items that can be scanned or duplicated. (Items that cannot be scanned will be photographed.)
Housed in the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus Library, the College Archives contains the history of Seminole State College from 1965 to the present.
Items include: print documents (College publications such as handbooks, directories, statistical information, student newspapers, staff newsletters and College catalogs), visual documentation (photos, slides, videos, scrapbooks), sound documentation (music albums/ CDs) and memorabilia (flags, trophies, event programs, special commemorative items).
